iii. Procedures for storage and separation of cannabis and cannabis product batches for <br /> testing. <br /> Greene Brothers Farm shall quarantine and store all cannabis goods which are awaiting lab <br /> testing prior to transporting such products to Retailers. Such products shall be <br /> labeled accordingly, and stored separately from other cannabis goods in the inventory within the <br /> Safe Room. <br /> b. Labeling and packaging procedures, which include: <br /> i. When labeling and packaging will occur. <br /> Packaging and Labeling shall take place at the distribution facility following receipt of a batch of cannabis <br /> goods, and subsequent receipt of a Certificate of Analysis verifying such cannabis goods meet state <br /> compliance standards. <br /> This process shall take place during regular business hours: Monday- Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. <br /> ii. Area of premises where labeling and packaging will occur. <br /> Greene Brothers Farm shall quarantine and store all cannabis goods which are awaiting lab <br /> testing prior to transporting such products to Retailers. Such products shall be labeled <br /> accordingly, and stored separately from other cannabis goods in the inventory within the Safe <br /> Room. <br /> c. Sampling procedures, which include: <br /> i. Provide the timeframe for making testing arrangements after taking physical possession <br /> of cannabis and cannabis product batches. <br /> Greene Brothers Farm shall make testing arrangements within 24 hours of taking physical <br /> possession of cannabis goods batches. <br /> ii. Provide the sampling procedures for ensuring correct batch size, incremental sampling, <br /> and how the distributor will ensure that the distributor employee has no contact with <br /> cannabis and cannabis products or sampling equipment. <br /> Greene Brothers Farm shall ensure cannabis goods batches taken into its possession are stored separately and distinctly from other cannabis goods batches on <br /> premises and be labeled with the following information: <br /> 1)The Name,License Number and Licensed Premises Address of the manufacturer or cultivator who provided the batch; <br /> 2)The date of entry into Greene Brothers storage area; <br /> 3)The unique identifiers and batch numbers associated with the batch; <br /> 4)A description of such cannabis goods with enough detail to easily identity the batch; <br /> 5)The weight of or quantity of units in the batch(not to exceed applicable limits based on the type of cannabis goods); <br /> 6)The best-by,sell by,or expiration date of the cannabis goods,if any. <br /> Greene Brothers Farm shall ensure that its employees have no contact with such cannabis goods or sampling equipment by maintaining a physical distance of at <br /> least 5 feet from lab testing personnel during the sampling procedure. <br /> iii. Provide procedures for video recording sampling of cannabis and cannabis product <br /> batches. <br /> Greene Brothers Farm maintains a designated location within its Processing and Packaging room to stage cannabis goods batches for <br /> sampling.Accordingly,cannabis batch sampling shall take place only within the Processing and Packaging room which is equipped with video <br /> surveillance cameras which records all activity within the area 24 hours a day. <br /> Greene Brothers Farm shall save all recordings of Cannabis Batch sampling procedures and maintain such footage in its digital records on site. <br /> Department of Non-Laboratory Quality Control Procedures 3 <br /> Cannabis Control DCC-LIC-017(Amended 9/21) <br /> CALIFORNIA <br />
