SUMMARY OF SITE <br /> Site Location: 12470 Locke Road Lockeford,CA 95237 <br /> The facility is situated on the south side of East Locke Road, approximately 3,350 feet southwest <br /> of North State Route 88, and 5.4 miles east of CA Hwy 99, within a predominantly industrial area, <br /> with existing heavy industrial uses adjacent to the western and and eastern side of the property. <br /> The nearest residence is located approximately 1,100 feet northeast of the project site. <br /> The existing structure situated along the Locke Road Frontage, identified `Building 3', shall not <br /> house any cannabis related activities and shall be the only portion of the property open to the <br /> General Public, with several layers of security infrastructure insulating this portion of the property <br /> from the commercial cannabis premises. <br /> MULTI-LAYERED PERIMETER FENCING <br /> The property frontage is secured by an existing 5' wrought iron fence which extends to the western <br /> and eastern property lines from each side of Building 3. The remainder of the property is secured by <br /> an existing 6' chain link fence along the western, eastern, and southern property lines. Prior to <br /> commencement of commercial cannabis activities on site, the chain link fence shall be improved <br /> with an 2' barb wire to be added to its top. <br /> Building 1,which shall house all commercial cannabis activities taking place during Phase 1 <br /> operations (indoor cultivation, manufacturing with non-volatile solvents, and distribution), shall be <br /> further secured by a 7' wrought iron fence topped with 1' tall outward facing spikes at its northern <br /> frontage with the remainder of its perimeter secured by a 6' chain link fence with an additional 2' <br /> barb wire top. <br /> This creates a multi-layered security perimeter separating commercial cannabis activities from the <br /> general-public, as well as any potential security threat. <br /> ACCESS CONTROL PROTOCOLS <br /> Private Access for Ownership and Executives <br /> There shall be no public access to the commercial cannabis premises.A private access gate on the eastern <br /> side of Building 3 shall be reserved for Greene Brothers Farm Owners and Executives and shall be kept <br /> secured by chain and padlock with intermittent access granted to ownership and executives on an'as-needed' <br /> basis <br /> Employee Access <br /> Employees parking shall be designated in the front parking lot between Locke Road and Building 3. <br /> Employee access to the interior of the property shall be facilitated by an `employee only' `man gate' located <br /> at the front portion of the security access corridor on the north side of`Building 1'.This gate shall be <br /> controlled by key card or code access with access credentials to be issued to employees following their date of <br /> hire,and confirmation of the same by a security guard positioned at the gate entry point. <br /> Upon verification of employee identification and access credentials by security,he or she will be admitted to <br /> the interior of the secured, fenced perimeter of the Building 1 premises where all commercial cannabis activity <br /> is to take place during Phase 1 operations.Key card access will then be required for each employee to access the <br /> interior of Building 1. <br /> 2 <br />
