Vendor Access <br /> Vendors visits to the facility shall be by appointment only. The Vendor Access gate shall be located at the <br /> western end of the property frontage.Upon arrival to the property,vendors shall be required to use the call box <br /> to ring security,and verbally present their identification,verify appointment time and reason for the visit.Once <br /> security personnel validates vendor identification and purpose for the visit through Greene Brothers <br /> Management the vendor shall be admitted to the interior of the property by security opening the gate to the <br /> initial security fence. <br /> Once admitted to the interior of the property after passing through the initial security fence,the vendor shall <br /> approach the primary security fence further insulating the commercial cannabis premises.The vendor shall be <br /> greeted at the primary security perimeter by either a member of Greene Brothers Management team, or another <br /> member of security staff who shall conduct a secondary validation of the vendor credentials. Only after the <br /> secondary validation of vendor credentials occurs,following the initial security gate being closed and locked, <br /> shall a vendor be granted access to the commercial cannabis premises to conduct business on site. <br /> All visitors to the facility shall be required to `sign-in' upon arrival to the premises,providing their name, <br /> Drivers License Number,Company or governmental affiliation,time of arrival,and purpose for the visit. <br /> LIGHTING <br /> All exterior lighting shall include includes LED lamps with full cutoff fixtures to limit glare and <br /> trespass. Exterior lighting shall be shielded and designed to avoid spillover illumination to adjacent <br /> properties. All exterior lighting shall be maintained on a timing system and configured to coincide <br /> with sunset and sunrise. <br /> Motion sensor lighting installed at entry points shall be installed to coincide with camera set up and <br /> overall security monitoring design. <br /> CAMERAS:(All Cameras shall be minimum 4K 2688/1520 MP Resolution,w/24-hr 'Infared' <br /> capability) <br /> Exterior Cameras <br /> The cameras shall be day/night capable with a resolution of at least five (5) megapixels, including <br /> two (2) License plate recognition (LPR) cameras, with a total of(20) cameras fixed throughout the <br /> exterior of the facility to capture the license plate of all vehicles entering the building. Exterior <br /> Cameras shall be mounted at a height of 12' to avoid tampering and provide full 360 degree <br /> visibility throughout the entire premises,and specifically within 20' of each entry/access point. <br /> The facility's (20) exterior security cameras shall be comprised of the following: <br /> ♦High-definition license plate readers fixed on north frontage of Building (3) <br /> and Building (4), covering both vehicle access points <br /> High-definition cameras fixed at designated entry points <br /> ♦Cameras to cover all areas within at least 20'of any entrance/exit <br /> 3 <br />
