Provide corrective action measures in accordance with the approved corrective action <br />COMPLIANCE SCHEDULE: <br />Item No. 1: With -in 30 days or receipt of this notice, legally remove waste tires <br />accumulated solid waste. <br />Item No. 2: Within one hundred and twenty (120) days of receipt this order submit <br />corrective action plan. The LEA will either approve or deny the corrective ac <br />plan within one hundred twenty (120) days of submittal. <br />Item No. 3: Site grading and erosion control shall commence within ninety (90) days of play <br />approval. Complete the remediation of the site in conformance with the approve( <br />corrective action plan within ninety (90) days of plan approval. Provide copies o <br />disposal receipts to the LEA on a weekly basis until project completion. <br />THEREFORE, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT PURSUANT TO PRC SECTIONS 45000, <br />45011, AND 45014, if the above actions are not completed or complied with by the specified dates, <br />the CIWMB may: <br />1. Petition the Superior Court for injunctive relief to enforce this Notice and Order [PRC <br />Section 45014]. <br />2. Petition the superior court for civil penalties in an amount not to exceed $10,000 per day <br />for each violation [PRC Section 45023 and 45024]. <br />3. Impose administrative civil penalties in an amount not to exceed $5,000 per day for each <br />day the Facility fails to achieve compliance with the time frames specified above [PRC <br />Section 45011]. <br />
