Title 27 California Code of Regulation (CCR) Section 20650 — Grading of Fill Surface: <br />Site has areas of subsidence. Improper grading of fill surfaces. <br />2. Title 27 CCR Section 20820 - Drainage/Erosion Control. Site has areas of exposed soli <br />waste. The site is not graded to promote run-off or drainage. <br />3. Title 27 CCR Section 20750 — Site Maintenance. Tires and solid waste accumulated on <br />site. <br />4. Title 27 CCR Section 21190 (c) — Postclosure Land Use — Accumulation of over 500 <br />waste tires on-site with out a waste tire facility permit. <br />5. PRC 42834 - More than 500 Waste Tires Stored on site without a waste tire facility <br />permit. <br />6. Office Hearing agreement dated April 8, 2004 — Spread and compact soil that arrives on <br />site. Remove 200 tires per year until tires are removed. <br />PURSUANT TO PRC SECTIONS 45000 and 45005, ZADOR, ERVIN & N ARE <br />JORDERED TO TAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />1. Remove accumulated solid waste and waste tires from site. Contact a registered waste <br />hauler to remove waste tires. Material suitable for recycling shall be recycled at an <br />appropriate recycle facility. COPIES OF ALL DISPOSAL RECEIPTS AND WASTE <br />TIRE MANIFESTS OR COMPREHENSIVE TRIP LOGS SHALL BE PROVIDED <br />TO THIS DEPARTMENT. <br />2. Submit to this office, for review and approval, a corrective action plan to re -grade the s <br />provide adequate cover to correct areas of exposed solid waste.
