The contents of the corrective action plan shall include, but not be limited to: <br />a site health and safety plan, a scope of work, work -plan, the identification of the <br />contractor performing the remediation, the schedule for corrective action measures, <br />a plan for handling and disposal of any household hazardous wastes and/ or hazardous <br />wastes should they be discovered, and a final site drainage and erosion control plan. <br />material suitable for recycling shall be recycled at an appropriate recycle facility. <br />COPIES OF ALL DISPOSAL RECEIPTS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THIS <br />DEPARTMENT. <br />4. The LEA will either approved or deny the correcti <br />action plan within one hundred twenty (90) days of submittal. <br />Item No. 3: Site grading and erosion control shall commence within ninety (90) days of p' <br />approval. Complete the remediation of the site in conformance with the appro-, <br />corrective action plan within ninety (90) days of plan approval. Provide copies <br />disposal receipts to the LEA on a weekly basis until project completion. <br />10 <br />
