On April <br />5, 2000, <br />Robert McClellon, Supervising Registered Environmental <br />Healt] <br />Specialist <br />for the <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD <br />conducted an annual routine inspection. An Area of Concern, Title 27, Section 20650 <br />Grading of Fill Surfaces was noted on the inspection report. The Northeast corner of <br />property was not properly graded to promote runoff. (See Exhibit A). <br />8. On May 9, 2001, Robert McClellon conducted and annual routine inspectio <br />Accumulation of brush and wood debris was observed. The facility was being used as <br />pistol shooting range. (See Exhibit B). <br />9. On December 10, 2002, Robert McClellon conducted a routine annual inspection. <br />inspection report noted a Violation Title 14 CCR for accumulation of waste tires at <br />east corner of property.
