• 0 <br />1 Title 27 CCR Section 20830 Litter Control - large accumulation of brush and tree <br />2 trimmings and to provide removal to a solid waste facility by 2/10/06. (See Exhibit Q. <br />3 <br />10. On November 25, 2002, Robert McClellon conducted a routine annual inspection. <br />4 <br />5 Noted on the inspection report was Violation Title 14 CCR accumulation of waste tires <br />6 and to remove all waste tires to proper disposal site. Also noted was Violation Title 27 <br />7 CCR Section 20650 Grading of fill surfaces — site has areas of subsidence and exposed <br />8 waste. Provide plan by February 1, 2004 to re -grade the site, include reasonable time <br />9 <br />frame to complete, include the timely disposal of waste tires. Failure to submit plan <br />10 <br />11 may result in further legal action. (See Exhibit D). <br />12 11. On April 8, 2004, and Administrative Office Hearing was held with Ervin and Nancy <br />13 Zador at the EHD office to discuss compliance points with previously noted violations. <br />14 Present at this office hearing was Robert McClellon, Ted Tasiopolous Registered <br />15 <br />Environmental Health Specialist (RENS), and Michael Kith, Lead Senior RENS, all <br />16 <br />17 employees of the EHD. Mr. Zador signed and office hearing agreement to spread and <br />18 compact the soil that arrives on site and to remove 200 tires per year until tires are <br />19 removed. Corrections are to be made this year. (See Exhibit E). <br />20 <br />12. On November 9, 2004, Frank Girardi Senior REHS, Robert McClellon Supervising <br />21 <br />REHS, and John Macanas Integrated Waste Management Specialist with the California <br />22 <br />23 Integrated Waste Management Board (CIMB) conducted a routine annual inspection. <br />24 The inspection report noted Violation Title 14 CCR, Section 20750 Site Maintenance - <br />25 accumulation of waste tires and solid waste on site, Violation Title 27 CCR, Section <br />26 20650 Grading of fill surfaces - site has areas of subsidence, and Violation Title 27 CCR <br />27 <br />Section 20820 Drainage and erosion control - Site has areas of exposed solid waste (ie: <br />28 <br />Page 4 <br />
