Gloves, single use apron, disposable arm sleeves, <br /> an protedt—we eye wear. <br /> PPE must be disposable or washed by a commercial laundry service. <br /> How are sterilization packages evaluated prior to use? <br /> Each pack is inspected individually to make sure that the indicator shows proper sterilization. <br /> Bags will be- checred to mak-6 sure that they are Intactanid free MUM any holes,tears, <br /> -punctures, discoloration, wetness or moisture conjaminglion. Each pack will also be inspected to <br /> make sure they were properly sealed and labeled. <br /> Are sterilization packages opened in front of the customer prior to the procedure? <br /> YES X NO <br /> Proper handwashing is a key component topreventing cross-contamination. All sinks must be <br /> permanently plumbed and equipped with hot and cold running water, containerized liquid soap, <br /> and single-use paper towels that are dispensed from a wall-mounted, touchless dispenser that <br /> is accessible at all times to the practitioner. <br /> Describe the location of each handwashing sink in your facility: <br /> Each procedure room and bathroom have a hand washing station.
