Lockers bid must meet or exceed the following tests: <br /> <br />Organic Acids: Acetic (5% & 50 %). Oleic – No change <br /> Lactic – Slight softening after 48 hours. <br /> <br />Mineral Acids: Hydrochloric (5%), Sulphuric (5% & 25%), <br /> Phosphoric (10%) – No change. <br /> <br />Oxidizing Agents: Nitric Acid (5%), Hydrogen Peroxide (30%) – No change <br />Household Bleach (6% Hydrochloride Solution). Saturated <br />chlorine water. Chromic Acid (20%) – May cause some <br />Discoloration after 24-48 hours. <br /> <br />Solvents: Mineral Spirits, Xylol, Ethyl Alcohol, Trichloroethylene, <br /> Methyl Ethyl Ketone, Skydrol 500, Premium Gasoline – <br /> No change. <br /> <br />Salt Solutions: Sodium Chloride (5% & 30%), Copper Chloride (20%) <br /> No change. <br /> <br />Grease & Oils: Mineral Oil, Sour Crude Oil, Vegetable Oil – No change <br /> <br />Sump Epoxy Coating: Chemical Resistance Tests: Excellent resistance (after 24 months <br /> Immersion at 77˚F) to 10% Hydrochloric acid, 10% sulphuric <br /> Acid, 10% Sodium Hydroxide, 5% commercial bleach <br /> (Hyochloride-type) and hydrogen sulphide water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Bidders shall indicate exact specifications of equipment or any variations from these <br />specifications.
