Per Gianni Gueirolo, manager, he was unaware that <br />the hazardous waste needed to be picked up every 180 days for a small hazardous waste generator. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br />waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br />emergencies. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train the employees. Provide proof of training within 30 days to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous waste. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 2 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25160.2(c)(2) 3010013 - All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br />transported from the site in the past three years. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years from <br />the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD).
