Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> within 30 days. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 21 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)3030010-Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start <br /> date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum was observed overflowing with metal and paper filters in the hazardous waste <br /> storage area <br /> -Two 5 gallon buckets of metal filters observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> -One blue poly 55 gallon drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 23 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(f)3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The following <br /> containers were observed without labels: <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum was observed overflowing with metal and paper filters in the hazardous waste <br /> storage area <br /> - One red 20 gallons portable oil lift drain observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> -Two 5 gallon buckets of metal filters observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> -One blue poly 55 gallon drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> -One white poly 55 gallon drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> - Multiple 5 gallons buckets are observed in the hazardous waste storage area storing used oil <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
