Waste code 352: 2/6/24, & 3/27/24 <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years from <br />the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). If the <br />receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for three <br />years. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25404(e)(4) 3010036 - Program data reported electronically, and accurately, when <br />required. <br />OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) website. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS website. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This violation was corrected on 06/18/2024. No further action needed. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 17 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(f) 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: One black metal 55 gallon drum of oily absorbent was missing an accumulation date <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br />“Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br />accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br />action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />within 30 days. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 28 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66265.192(h) 3010032 - Written hazardous waste tank system assessment/reassessment by <br />P.E. completed. <br />OBSERVATION: This facility has hazardous waste tanks which have not been reassessed by a Professional Engineer <br />within the past five years. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br />The assessment specified in subsection (k) of this section shall be obtained prior to placing a new tank system in <br />service and shall be kept on file at the facility.
