•HMBP reporting thresholds: <br />▪55 gallons for liquids <br />▪500 pounds for solids <br />▪200 cubic feet for compressed gases <br />• Environmental Compliance Technician will update & <br />submit HMBPs <br />Hazardous Materials Business Plan <br />An HMBP is required for any site that has 55 gallons or more of a hazardous material in <br />liquid form, 500 pounds or more of a hazardous material in a solid form, or 200 cubic feet <br />or more of a hazardous material that is a compressed gas. The district’s high schools, <br />Corporate Yard, and Warehouse have all prepared, implemented, and submitted an HMBP <br />for their respective sites. The district’s Environmental Compliance Technician is responsible <br />for updating and submitting HMBPs for the district sites. <br />However, if you plan on having a new hazardous material at your site that is equal to or <br />exceeds the reporting threshold, please notify the Environmental Compliance Technician so <br />that your site’s HMBP can be updated. <br />29
