The 2023 submittal was not completed until <br />9/29/2023. The previous submittal was completed on 10/31/2022. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map was observed lacking the following labeled/identified: <br />1. Location of emergency response equipment found throughout the facility structures, including the wash bay, trailer <br />shop, and maintenance shop (fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, first aid kits, and spill equipment) <br />2. Access and exit points of structures <br />3. Emergency shut offs (including but not limited to fuel station) <br />4. Storm and sewer drains <br />5.
