The 2023 submittal was not completed until <br /> 9/29/2023. The previous submittal was completed on 10/31/2022. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br /> and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br /> annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 11 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:The site map is incomplete. The site map was observed lacking the following labeled/identified: <br /> 1. Location of emergency response equipment found throughout the facility structures, including the wash bay,trailer <br /> shop, and maintenance shop(fire extinguishers, eyewash stations,first aid kits, and spill equipment) <br /> 2.Access and exit points of structures <br /> 3. Emergency shut offs (including but not limited to fuel station) <br /> 4. Storm and sewer drains <br /> 5.
