This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years from <br />the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). If the <br />receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for three <br />years. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 8 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d) 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start <br />date. <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br />greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br />- 1 poly tote of used antifreeze had an accumulation start date listed of 7/2/2023 <br />- 1 drum of used oil/water, 2 drums of used oil, 1 drum of used paper oil filters, 1 drum of drained used metal oil filters <br />did not have accumulation start dates <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
