A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per month , <br />less than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID numbers <br />are unique to a business and site location. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ to <br />obtain an ID number . Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 1 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66262.40(a) 3010010 - Signed copy of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest kept for 3 years. <br />OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years <br />during the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br />with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br />which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years August 2021 - August 2024 for all <br />hazardous waste including fuel filters. Provide these records and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 <br />days. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 6 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(f) 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling.
