This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 2022 - 2024 for all hazardous <br />waste including used filters and used oil. Provide these records and a corrective action statement to the EHD within <br />30 days. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 6 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25160.2(c)(2) 3010013 - All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br />OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years <br />during the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years September 2021 - September <br />2024 for all hazardous waste including used oil.
