The business has not updated and submitted the information within 30 days. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br />information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): a) A 100 percent or more increase in <br />the quantity of a previously disclosed material. b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials c) A <br />change of business or facility address d) Change business ownership e) Change of business name f)(1) A <br />substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any portion of the business plan. (2) <br />For the purpose of this subdivision, “substantial change” means any change in a facility that would inhibit immediate <br />response during an emergency by either site personnel or emergency response personnel, or that could inhibit the <br />handler's ability to comply with Section 25507 , change the operational knowledge of the facility, or impede <br />implementation of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 5 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: One 55 gallon of Sodium Bisulfite Solution (40%) was found on site that have not been reported to <br />CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete.
