Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />10/28/2024 <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />October 15, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 655 W CLAY ST, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> DSS COMPANY <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />filters, anti-free, used ant-freeze, used solvents, hydraulic oils, engine oil, sodium bisulfite solution (40%) and used <br />batteries does not reflect what was observed during the time of inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
