Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) Manteca County Dump (39-CR-0025) 3/12/2024 A. Property owner is to work with SJC Code Enforcement for compliance with the unpermitted structure and cargo containers. B. Residing on the disposal site is not an approved postclosure land use. Operator is to cease residency on the disposal site. C. Relocate animals off the site and cover disturbed areas of the site with clean soil. 27 CCR 20750 - Site Maintenance 21800 S Manteca Rd., Manteca CA — Owner Dennis & Helen De Kidos: Wood waste, waste tires, scrap metals, inoperable vehicles and other junk are stored on the site. Junk, oil containers and other forms of solid waste are being dumped outside of the entrance to the property. Exposed waste in the form of glass fragments were visible throughout the property. A large amount of manure was observed near the northeast fence and outside of the northern fence. Litter observed near the southeast perimeter fence. This is an ongoing issue; violation will remain on inspection report until violations are corrected. A. Remove and dispose of wood waste, waste tires, scrap metals, litter, inoperable vehicles, and all other junk at an approved location. B. Cover exposed waste with clean soil. C. Animal manure should be disposed at an approved disposal location. D. Properly remove and dispose of the oil containers at an authorized collection location. 27 CCR 20530 - Site Security 21800 S Manteca Rd., Manteca CA — Owner Dennis & Helen De Kidos: An occupant of the dumpsite cut out a portion of the southern fence. This is an ongoing issue; violation will remain on the inspection report until the fence is fixed. A. Repair the fence to prevent unauthorized access.
