IT IS THE INTENT OF THE ARCHITECT THAT THIS WORK BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH <br />ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE BUILDING AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION OVER THIS <br />TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY <br />ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY OF CONFLICTS WITH GOVERNING CODE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE <br />PROCEEDING FURTHER WITH THE AFFECTED WORK. <br />6. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO LOCATE ALL EXISTING <br />UTILITIES AND TO PROTECT THEM FROM DAMAGE. CONTRACTOR SHALL BEAR THE <br />EXPENSE OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF UTILITIES OR OTHER PROPERTY DAMAGED <br />BY OPERATIONS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EXECUTION OF THE WORK. <br />7.
