The file size was too large to send
it all in one (1). The first email will be documents associated with CHCF and the second will pertain to NCYCC. Please see
my comments below in red pertaining to the secƟon B) and C) of your email.

B) APSA Program
I am sƟll reviewing the SPCC Plan and may have more quesƟons. To start off:
1) 3 years of SP001 annual inspecƟon documents for both faciliƟes
2) 3 years of SP001 monthly inspecƟon documents (only CHCF-I saw NCYCC’s during the inspecƟon) CHCF does not have
monthly inspecƟons. We do however have daily inspecƟons that we have been performing. Example aƩached “daily
check list” We will be conducƟng the monthly inspoecƟons moving forward in addiƟon to our dailies.
3) SPCC training for employees (including staff who refill and inmates that work with any of the petroleum products-
used oil)
4) Service requests/work orders for the last year

C) HMBP
1) training records covering both faciliƟes I have been unsuccessful at locaƟng this training. I can not confirm that it has
been performed.

Thank you and have a good weekend.

Nik Corren
CorrecƟonal Plant Manager II (CF)
California Health Care Facility
Phone: (209) 467-7890
