Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />11/27/2024 <br />CP22 - HW SQG Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />September 25, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 7707 Austin RD, Stockton <br /> Facility Name: <br /> CDCR-California Health Care Facility <br />The hazardous waste inspection was completed on September 25, 2024. An inspection checklist was provided <br />to the facility operator on September 26, 2024. A document request was sent to the facility . The documents were <br />reviewed and the inspection report was completed on November 27, 2024. Permission was not given to take <br />photos. Photos were taken and shared by facility staff . <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork by December 27, 2024. <br />The final inspection report was emailed to Correctional Plant Manager II Nikolas Corren at <br /><Nikolas.Corren@cdcr.ca.gov>. <br />NOTE 1: The CDCR-California Health Care Facility (CHCF) took control of the CDCR-Northern California Youth <br />Correctional Center (NCYCC). All the waste generated at the NCYCC gets transferred to the CHCF for final <br />disposal. The hazardous waste permit for the NCYCC is going to be inactivated. The facility is in the process of <br />shutting down. <br />NOTE 2: The checklist was amended and violation 59 was removed.
