The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not <br /> been addressed for YRC INC (now Estes-Tracy) as of June 10, 2025. <br /> Open violations from February 26, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation #72 - 2030039 - Compliance with all operating permit requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility is not in compliance with the written conditions of the operating permit. The approved <br /> permit SR2400651 did not have the corrosion protection inspection conducted on the replaced spill bucket prior to <br /> concrete being poured. In addition during the inspection, it was found that the riser pipe was replaced in addition to the <br /> drop tube which was not noted on the scope of work for this permit. It was discussed during the inspection that a tank <br /> integrity test should be conducted due to the replacement of the riser pipe. Per Frank Landa, they will conduct tank <br /> pressure test today. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner and operator of underground storage tank (UST) systems shall comply with all <br /> requirements of the permit issued for the operation of the UST system . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit updated scope of work and certifications for all work that have been conducted to EHD <br /> so an updated approval permit may be sent. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
