Please ensure CERS is updated with current owner information, 30 days from start of new ownership. Submit <br /> proof of ownership to EHD. <br /> 2. Ensure all other tanks on site have appropriate overfill prevention methods. The motor oil tank, gear oil tank, <br /> antifreeze tank may potentially not meet minimum flow rate or storage compatibility requirements for the flappers. <br /> 3. For any tanks that are empty and hazardous substances has ceased and the tanks will not be used, or are not <br /> intended for use, for the storage of hazardous substances please ensure to follow CCR 2670, CCR 2672 <br /> permanent tank closure requirements or CCR 2670, CCR 2671 for temporary underground storage tanks in <br /> which the storage of hazardous substances has ceased but the underground storage tank will again be used for <br /> the storage of hazardous substances within the next 12 consecutive months. <br /> 4. Ensure financial responsibility mechanisms include coverage for all USTs on site <br /> 5. Ensure corrective action statements to inspection reports are submitted within 30 days of receiving the <br /> inspection report. <br /> 6. Ensure facility employee training certificates are completed accurately- Initial Training Date cannot be after <br /> Assuming Responsibility Date <br /> 7.
