A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Trinity Parkway AMPM ARCO#83819 1 10715 Trinity PKWY, Stockton March 13 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> OBSERVATION:The L15: vent 304 sensor failed to come out of low liquid alarm after being tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br /> stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 47 CA Health and Safety Code 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3)2030008-Secondary containment installed after July 1, 2003 is <br /> free of water. <br /> OBSERVATION:Water was found in the 1/2, 3/4 and 15/16 UDCs. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous <br /> waste regulations, and manage accordingly. Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor <br /> to address the water intrusion into the 1/2, 23/4, and 15/16 UDCs under permit and inspection of the EHD, if needed. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 50 CA Code of Regulations 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 2060020-Spill buckets meet requirements, have been tested as <br /> required, and records kept for 36 mths(TCR 9a). <br /> OBSERVATION:A work order on site states that the 91 spill container was replaced on 12/12/24. No test record to <br /> verify functionality was observed on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:This test is required once every 12 months and at installation to verify functionality. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Test records must be retained on site for three years.
