Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 1. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 2. Provide written notification to ust(a)_sigov.org for the following repairs and testing (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required). Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br /> a. Primary piping test: Soap test of all piping joints and penetrations (product, vapor <br /> recovery, vent, and chase), and pressure testing — hydrostatically at 150% of design <br /> operating pressure or pneumatically at 110% of operating pressure. If the calculated <br /> test pressure is less than 40 psi, 40 psi shall be used as the test pressure. Testing must <br /> be conducted in accordance with manufacturer specifications and California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR) Title 23. <br /> 3. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br /> 1868 E.
