All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). If an extension to the expiration date is required, a written request must be submitted to ust(a)-slgov.orq prior to the expiration date. 8. Failure to comply with the listed conditions may result in additional fees or violations. 9. Additional inspections may be conducted by the EHD. Any additional time spent will be billed to the applicant at the current EHD hourly rate ($172).
