The report was amended today (January 22, 2025) and replaces the January 16, 2025 report. Item #56 <br />was removed after discussion with Belshire on their DO process and program used -- owner/operator sign and <br />enter date on program for DO report. Belshire no longer allows for owner/operators to select a date to enter <br />through the program after June 2024 CaIEPA Unified Program Newsletter. No violations noted on inspection <br />report. No additional follow up required. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
