I'm writing to address the comments regarding the recent UST inspection <br />report for the subject site, which mentioned a concern about the signature date for the owner/operator <br />appearing prefilled. I wanted to take a moment and clarify this issue. <br />We do not "Prefill" the date that the inspection was signed. Our proprietary program allowed the <br />owner/operator to add their name, date, and signature for the DO inspection at the time the inspection was <br />completed.
