A test <br /> report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide this report to the EHD. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 11 CA Code of Regulations 2637(a-d), 2712(b)(1)(F)2030048-Sec containment testing conducted per requirements& <br /> records kept for 36 mths(TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION: Secondary containment testing was scheduled to be performed on 7/11/2023. A test report has not <br /> been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). No record of testing was <br /> observed on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment testing is required once every 36 months. A copy of the test <br /> report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 13 CA Code of Regulations 2637.1(d),2637.1(e)2010017- Spill bucket testing results submitted to the UPA within 30 <br /> days of testing. <br /> OBSERVATION: Spill container testing was performed on May 29,2024 .
