Ensure <br /> that all monitoring equipment is maintained and located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 53 CA Health and Safety Code 25292.2; CCR 2711(a)(11)2010007-Submitted/maintained current Cert of Financial <br /> Responsibility/mech of financial assurance(TCR 11). <br /> OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on site. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the facility's financial responsibility documents and maintain a <br /> copy on site. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 56 CA Code of Regulations 2716(a-e)2030013-DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all <br /> requirements(TCR 12). <br /> OBSERVATION: Designated operator reports were not signed within the required time frame. -The 1/10/2025, <br /> 2/7/2025, 3/6/2025,4/3/2025. and 5/1/2025 designated operator reports were not signed by the owner/operator. <br /> REGULATORY GUIDANCE:Within 48 hours of the completion of the designated UST operator visual inspection,the <br /> designated operator shall sign and provide the owner or operator with a copy of the inspection report. Within 72 hours <br /> of being provided a signed copy of the report,the owner or operator shall provide a description of each corrective action <br /> taken or to be taken and shall sign and date the report, acknowledging the identified compliance issues. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure all designated operator inspection reports are completed and signed within the <br /> required time frame in the future. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 58 CA Code of Regulations 2715(c)(3), 2715(c)(4)2010015- Copies of Facility Employee Training Certificates maintained. <br /> OBSERVATION:The Facility Employee Training Certificate dated 2/7/2025 contain incorrect initial start dates. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All site employees must be trained prior to taking responsibility as a facility employee if <br /> after October 1, 2018, or within 30 days of hire if prior to October 1, 2018.
