A <br /> test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. A copy of the test results were obtained during the inspection. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 12 CA Code of Regulations 2637(e),2637(f)2010009- Secondary containment test results submitted to the CUPA within <br /> 30 days after the test.. <br /> OBSERVATION: Secondary containment testing was performed on February 6, 2024. A test report has not been <br /> submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the 'Secondary Containment Testing Report Form'must be submitted within 30 <br /> days of the test. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site.
