Vapor Intrusion Assessment Work Plan Project number:60653972 <br /> • Interferences <br /> • Blank contamination <br /> 5.6.7 Data Reporting <br /> Laboratory measurements will be recorded in standard formats that specify site location, sample <br /> identification,date,matrix parameter,parameter value,reporting limit, and detection limit. Data shall be <br /> reported and flagged. Laboratory and field data will be combined and summarized in final tables and <br /> graphs that are appropriate to the type of data and convey information to support the findings of the data <br /> collection program.Data will be clearly tabulated and presented in a consistent way to facilitate the <br /> comparison of common sets of data. Soil data will be reported in dry weight. <br /> 5.6.8 Data Management <br /> All data will be reported by the laboratory in both electronic and hardcopy formats. The data will be <br /> uploaded into the project database. The database will be populated with any qualifier flags added by the <br /> project chemist after validation.This electronic format will be available to project personnel in the <br /> various formats. In addition,the field and analytical data will be uploaded into the State GeoTracker <br /> database. <br /> 6. Reporting <br /> Upon completion of the Vapor Intrusion Assessment,AECOM will submit a Soil Gas Investigation <br /> Report to CVRWQCB containing the documentation produced during the investigation, and subsequent <br /> analysis of the samples collected. The Report shall include a summary of the fieldwork and analytical <br /> results, any necessary update to the site conceptual model, as well as an evaluation of potential remedial <br /> actions,though the scope of this investigation will be primarily focused on characterizing site conditions <br /> and risk to human health and the environment. <br /> Risk to human health will be evaluated using the most recent risk assessment guidance presented in <br /> DTSC Human and Ecological Risk Office(HERO)Human Health Risk Assessment(HBRA)Note 1 <br /> (DTSC, 2019b),DTSC HERO HHRA Note 3 (DTSC,2022b),DTSC HERO HHRA Note 4 (DTSC, <br /> 2022a),DTSC HERO HHRA Note 5 (DTSC,2014),and DTSC HERO HHRA Note 10(DTSC,2019a). <br /> Based on the site location and use of the site,the risk assessment will be conducted for a <br /> commercial/industrial scenario. Cumulative risks and hazard indices will be presented in accordance with <br /> DTSC HERO HHIZA Note 4 (DTSC,2022a). An uncertainty evaluation that presents the uncertainties <br /> associated with the risk calculations and limitations of the assessment will be included in the risk <br /> assessment report. <br /> Making recommendations for any treatability testing or further investigation would be presented in a <br /> subsequent workplan, if determined to be necessary. A draft, draft final and final version will be produced <br /> assuming up to two rounds of consolidated comments from CVRWQCB. The drafts will in electronic <br /> format and the final will include the electronic deliverable and two hard copies submitted via U.S.Mail. <br /> 7. Limitations <br /> This Work Plan was prepared in accordance with the scope of services set forth in the written agreement <br /> signed by British Petroleum and AECOM.No other services beyond those explicitly stated should be <br /> inferred or are implied.This report was prepared by AECOM for Client in a manner consistent with the <br /> level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by professional engineers, geologists, and environmental <br /> scientists in the geographic area of the site at the time AECOM's services were provided.AECOM <br /> Prepared for: California Regional Water Quality Control Board,Central Valley Region AECOM <br />
