Excavation shored to meet OSHA standards, or, if <br /> manway exist, have manway exposed, no obstruction in the way for entry and manway cover bolts removed PRIOR to our <br /> arrival. <br /> -Tank must be emptied and pumped down to 1"or less. <br /> -A person on site while CSI is on site at all times. <br /> -A drum on site to put any product in while cleaning tank bottom.
