All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust sjgav,orcl to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. verification of removal of all residual liquid. solids, or sludges <br /> h.
