Inert UTs with 30 pounds of dry ice per 1,000 gallon volume after triple rinsing. <br /> 5_ A copy of the subrnitled "Health and Safety Plan" must be on the jobsite for review. <br /> 6. Quarterly inspections shall include but are not limited to the following: <br /> a. Visual inspection of all locked caps and concrete plugs <br /> b. Removal of lacking caps to determine if any liquids or other substances have <br /> been added to the USTs <br /> c. Verification that the U Ts continue to be inerted to levels that will preclude an <br /> explosion <br /> 7. Submit copies of quarterly inspection reports to the EHD within 30 days of each inspection. <br /> a. The UST system must continue to comply with monitoring requirements, repair and <br /> recofdkeeping requirements, release reporting and investigation requirements, and release <br /> response and corrective action requirements, <br /> 9. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CEPS) at https'f/cers_calepa_ca_gov and update the UST Facility and Tank forms to report the <br /> temporary closure and ensure all information is current. <br /> 10.
