Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - AST Non-Qualified Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />December 04, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 14900 W HWY 12 , LODI <br /> Facility Name: <br /> Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />procedures that you or the certifying engineer develop for the facility. You must keep these written procedures and a <br />record of the inspections and tests, signed by the appropriate supervisor or inspector, with the SPCC Plan for a period <br />of three years. Records of inspections and tests kept under usual and customary business practices will suffice for <br />purposes of this paragraph. 112.8(c)(6) Test or inspect each aboveground container for integrity on a regular schedule <br />and whenever you make material repairs. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Inspections and tests must be conducted in accordance with the written procedures <br />developed in the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan. Records of these inspections and tests <br />must be signed by the appropriate supervisor or inspector and kept on-site with the SPCC Plan for three years. <br />Immediately locate a copy of all inspection and testing records for the last three years, maintain them on-site, and <br />submit copies to the EHD. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25404(e)(4) 4010 - Administration/Documentation - General. <br />OBSERVATION: A submission to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) for the Aboveground <br />Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) program has not been made <br />- For 2023, a CERS submittal for the APSA element was NOT submitted . <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: 25404(e)(4) No later than three years after the statewide information management system <br />is established, each CUPA, PA, and regulated business shall report program data electronically. The secretary shall <br />work with the CUPAs to develop a phase -in schedule for the electronic collection and submittal of information to be <br />included in the statewide information management system, giving first priority to information relating to those <br />chemicals determined by the secretary to be of greatest concern. The secretary, in making this determination shall <br />consult with the CUPAs, the California Emergency Management Agency , the State Fire Marshal, and the boards, <br />departments, and offices within the California Environmental Protection Agency . <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to <br />existing) Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be <br />sure to include your APSA activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br />activities and required fields. Submit proof of correction to the EHD. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 79 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
