<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Thermolabels were not available at the facility for the heat sanitizing dishwasher. Obtain thermolabels to
<br /> ensure 160 F is reached for proper sanitation in the dishwasher. Correct in 14 days.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Several of the cabinets in the kitchen were observed with missing paint and damaged areas making the
<br /> cabinets absorbent. Repair/paint cabinets with semi-gloss paint so that the cabinets are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent
<br /> within 30 days.
