Maintain dumpsters closed to prevent <br /> vermin like flies and rodents. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food waste and rubbish shall be kept in leak proof and rodent proof containers. Containers shall be <br /> covered at all times. All waste must be removed and disposed of as frequently as necessary to prevent a nuisance. The exterior <br /> premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish. Replace base tiles with approved cove base tiles <br /> within 30 days. <br /> The wall under the two compartment sink was repaired but is not smooth and cleanable. <br /> Repair wall so that it is smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within two weeks. (REPEAT) <br /> Wall/base damage was observed at the corner entrances to the dish room. Repair wall so that it is smooth, cleanable and <br /> non-absorbent with the correct base tile within two weeks. (REPEAT) <br /> Several absorbent ceiling patches were observed throughout the kitchen and dish room. Paint ceiling with semi-gloss paint in <br /> those areas so that ceiling is smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 days. <br /> Several walls in the kitchen were observed damaged and with missing paint. Repair walls and paint with semi-gloss paint so <br /> that walls are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth, nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All <br /> floor surfaces,other than the customer service areas,shall be approved,smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is <br /> easily cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in <br /> original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
