Submit copies of any missing work orders and alarm records to the EHD. <br /> This is a re eat violation(Class 2) Violation. <br /> 69 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i)2030033-A current UST monitoring plan has been submitted and is readily <br /> accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. The tank forms and <br /> monitoring plan for the 91 tank were not observed on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f)2030073-Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 1/29/24 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance.This information was required to be submitted by 2/28/24. This <br /> information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written <br /> response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be <br /> taken. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is <br /> submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a repeat violation(Class 2) Violation. <br /> 91 CA Health and Safety Code 25291(e)2010-Administration/Documentation-General. <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the diesel STP sump.The cashier on site stated they did not have a method <br /> to remove water from the sumps. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must <br /> be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed 4 gallons of liquid from the diesel STP sump.
