Per manager, <br /> Mohammad Siddiqi, the new ownership took place November 5, 2024.The facility has been operating without a permit <br /> from November 5, 2024 to February 5, 2025(the first CERS submittal for the new business was February 6, 2025). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: No person may own or operate an UST unless a permit for its operation has been issued <br /> by the local agency to the owner or operator of the UST system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a permit to operate a UST system from the EHD. Provide proof of <br /> ownership to EHD. <br /> This is (Class 1)Violation. <br /> 3 CA Code of Regulations 2632(d)(1), 2634(d)2010013- Facility has submitted a complete and accurate UST <br /> Monitoring Plan.. <br /> OBSERVATION:The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. <br /> -The responsible persons listed on the inventory are out of date.
