The monitoring plan <br /> observed onsite is an outdated copy from 2023. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 72 CA Code of Regulations 2712 2030039 - Compliance with all operating permit requirements <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility is not in compliance with the written conditions of the operating permit. The racing fuel 100 <br /> and 110 tanks leak detector annual testing has not been conducted. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner and operator of underground storage tank (UST) systems shall comply with all <br /> requirements of the permit issued for the operation of the UST system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately take all necessary actions to bring these UST systems into compliance to avoid red <br /> tagging of the racing fuel 100 and 110 UST systems. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f) 2030073- Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report <br /> OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 9/17/2024 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 10/17/2024. <br /> This information has not been fully received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br /> corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include all of <br /> the recommendations made in the report.
