It's chemical formula is CO2, which means it is one carbon atom bonded to two oxygen
atoms. All stores contain cot tanks for soda machine. They are in all restaurants are safe if there is no
leaks and low levels in the air. It's the fizzing bubble in your soda and the pressure that pushing the
syrup to the soda machine.
The co2 tank monitor will alarm when levels are too high to warm us. The light will flash and a beep will
occurs warning us of high levels. If the meter reads 1000 to 2000 ppm, the air quality is low. From 2000
to 5000 ppm, CO2 concentration starts to cause problems (headaches, insomnia, nausea). It is a dirty air
that is toxic and can cause serious health issues. It's not safe above 5000 ppm we will shut down
operations and air -out the place before proceeding back to operations. There is a reset button that we
press down that will turn off alarm. If alarms ever goes off or levels above 2000 ppm, we need to put
fans on open doors to let the place air out the co2.
