If a customer, ask for change for $100 <br />anyway tell them you don't have enough in the drawer. If someone is acting suspicious grab the phone <br />and call your co-workers up to the front. <br />Emergency on the job: In case of any emergency our first line of contact is 911, reporting things to the <br />authority is always the first step. We always shutdown operations if an emergency occurs. We verbally <br />inform customer about emergency inside our stores. We look out for the safety of our guest as well as <br />ourselves. <br />Fire extinguisher: Handout <br />Fire sprinklers: All store have fire sprinklers there are on various parts of the ceiling inside walk-in and <br />freezer. <br />In case of a Fires if its small and you believe you can contain it with fire extinguisher please follow the <br />proper steps, please do not use fire extinguisher if you're not comfortable or not know how. Fire <br />department has quick response time. <br />Flooding: If there is a flood in the area we shutdown location. UsuaIly we are given warning of flooding <br />so we can evacuate the area prior. <br />Emergency Evacuation: If an emergency occurs, we exit the building and report to the trash area. As we <br />exit the area, we ask all guest and cc -workers to exit the store as well. <br />CHEMICALS <br />MSDS: Material safety Data Sheet aka the yellow binder. State and Cities inspectors will always ask for <br />this we need to know where it is at all times. We need to make sure we sign off after review IVIS DS <br />training for every new employees and once a year. The MSDS contains all the chemical used inside our <br />stare and the correct labels for the product. The biggest risk is contact with eyes, anytime we fill -up or <br />spray a bottle of any cleaner please extend your arms away from the face. If chemical get into your eyes <br />can cause injury, subway uses least toxic chemical but need to take every precaution to prevent injuries <br />to ourselves and our customers. Be very careful when you spray you don't get it on any food, customers, <br />or co-workers. Be very careful with restroom cleaner it contains bleach! <br />Chemical and Cleaning Supplies <br />Review what each cleaning solution or chemical is used far and correct levels to fill -up <br />Degreaser <br />Window Cleaner <br />Oven Cleaner <br />Restroom Cleaner <br />Graffiti remover <br />Dish Detergent <br />
