Sanitizer: We must always test the sanitizer to make sure it has the right. We need to provide at 50 to <br />100 ppm (do not exceed 200 ppm) make sure you use the test strips located next to 3 -compartment <br />sinks. This goes for our sanitizer buckets also!!!! <br />Sanitizer buckets. must be available at store opening and until after closing. please change the water <br />every 2-4 hours and test to make sure it's the right ppm, Never less than 50 or more then 200. If levels <br />are low add more sanitizer less water if levels are high more water less sanitizer. <br />If soap or sanitizer is not dispensing properly please report to management. Sometimes the line is <br />clogged all we do is run water throw it. Sometimes the tips are damaged, don't change tips if you don't <br />know how.
