DBA Escalon Arco 1329 ESCALON AVE, ESCALON June 25 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> free of water. <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was found in the UDC 7/8, 5/6, 11/12, and vent sump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous <br /> waste regulations, and manage accordingly. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor <br /> to address the water intrusion into the UDC 7/8, 5/6, 11/12, and vent sump under permit and inspection of the EHD, if <br /> needed. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 49 CA Health and Safety Code 25290.1, 25290.2, 25291 2030047-Secondary containment maintained tight and has <br /> been confirmed by testing. <br /> OBSERVATION: Brine was found in the 91 STP sump indicating a leak in the secondary containment. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be impervious to the liquid and vapor of the substance <br /> contained and constructed to prevent structural weakening as a result of contact with any hazardous substances <br /> released from the primary containment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to make repairs to <br /> the UST system under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 52 CA Code of Regulations 2635(c)(1)2030036-Overfill prevention system has not been overridden and meets overfill <br /> requirements(TCR 9b). <br /> OBSERVATION: Overfill prevention testing was last performed on 7/19/2021 and was completed on 12/13/2024, 5 <br /> months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by October 13, <br /> 2018, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br /> This is(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 56 CA Code of Regulations 2716(a-e)2030013-DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all <br /> requirements(TCR 12). <br /> OBSERVATION:The designated operator inspections for the following months were performed more than 30 days after <br /> the previous inspection: <br /> - Initial inspection on 11/01/2024, next inspection performed on 12/30/2024(59 days) <br /> - Initial inspection on 6/29/2023, next inspection performed on 7/30/2023 (31 days) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The designated operator visual inspections shall be conducted within 30 days or less of <br /> FA0000293 PR0231487 SCO01 06/25/2025 <br /> EHD Rev.12/06/2021 Page 6 of 8 CP22-UST FULL OIR <br /> 1868 E.
