The business plan was last submitted on February <br />15, 2023. The business plan was not submitted for 2024, 2021, and 2018. The business plan was submitted late for <br />the 2023 reporting year. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25508.1(a)-(f) 1010006 - Updated within 30 days of 100% increase or new haz; change of <br />address/owner/name; or change in ops. <br />OBSERVATION: During the inspection, Bobir Hassanov and Richard Harlan stated that the tire storage room had not <br />been used to store emergency equipment for a period greater than 30 days (Emergency Response/Contingency Plan). <br />The business has not updated and submitted the information within 30 days. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br /> 5 <br />FA0010217 PR0512505 SC001 01/02/2025 <br />EHD Rev. 12/06/2021 CP22 - HMBP OIRPage 2 of 5 <br />1868 E.
