Richard had stated that there may be an additional storm drain to the North <br /> of the Diesel tank. <br /> -Location for spill control equipment is inaccurate. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br /> present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 12 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010-Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br /> release/threatened release of hazmat. <br /> OBSERVATION:The emergency response(ER)procedures were lacking or inadequate. <br /> -Locations of emergency equipment were inaccurate.
